To ensure a quality and stress-free experience, Keyword Riser breaks each project into several milestones. Each project begins only after comprehensive analysis and discovery, ensuring that both parties are on the same page. This minimizes the chances of project cancellations, reversals, and disputes.

• Keyword Riser has a transparent and hassle-free cancellation policy. The key terms are:
• All cancellation requests must be submitted to our billing department or Account Manager. A cancellation is not valid until confirmed by the respective department.
• Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 24 hours of purchasing our services, provided that the project execution has not yet begun.
• Cancellations are not available for services purchased during special limited-time offers.
• Keyword Riser is not responsible for third-party services such as hosting, image, and video providers.

Our Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, Keyword Riser does not guarantee refunds upon cancellation.

• For monthly payments, clients acknowledge that the payment for the next month is based on the review of the current month’s performance.
• If a project is mutually closed, the client retains full control over completed work, and any further development payments will be void. Any previous payments or deposits are non-refundable.
• No partial refunds are provided for projects already in execution.
• All SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable. However, clients may cancel a package with a 30-day advance notice.
• Projects that remain inactive or are abandoned are not eligible for refunds on deposits.
• Keyword Riser is not liable for refund claims regarding traffic, rankings, or other results, as these outcomes are not guaranteed.
